  • 1. Where are your retail stores located in the East Bay?

    APD Appliance Parts Distributor has three retail locations:


    • San Leandro (Main Warehouse): 16200 East 14th Street
    • Fremont: 37250 Fremont Blvd
    • Dublin (Serving Tri-Valley): 6843 Dublin Blvd

  • 2. How do I check if a specific part is in stock?

    You can check availability by calling our toll-free line at 1-800-447-4926 or by submitting a Parts Order Request via the website. Our staff can provide real-time pricing and stock status for any of our three locations.

  • 3. What brands of appliance parts do you carry?

    As Northern California’s largest stocking distributor, we carry parts for all major brands, including GE, Whirlpool, Maytag, Kenmore, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Monogram, LG, Samsung and Bosch

  • 4. What information do I need to find the right part for my appliance?

    To ensure we find the correct part, please locate your appliance's model number. This is usually found on a sticker or metal plate inside the door, on the back of the unit, or near the control panel.

  • 5. Do you offer delivery for large appliance orders?

    Yes. APD offers free local delivery within an approximate 50-mile radius of our stores. Professional installation and old appliance haul-away services are also provided for major appliance purchases.

  • 6. Do you have special programs for contractors or property managers?

    Yes, we have a dedicated Contractor Sales Division. We offer specialized pricing and account management for builders, remodelers, and property managers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

  • 7. What is your return policy for parts?

    New, uninstalled parts in their original packaging can typically be returned within 30 days. Please note that electrical, gas, and special-order parts are generally non-returnable.

  • 8. What are your store hours?

    The San Leandro, Fremont, and Dublin locations are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Stores are closed on Sundays.
